Yes! We would be happy to take over maintenance or just help with a specific bug or two.

Project length varies greatly based on customer needs and time budget. Standard time for a new website is two weeks unless otherwise stated. Any requested edits or adjustments can increase time upto a week depending on request. 

Yes and no. Bigital does not directly resell domain names. However, we can guide you through purchasing your domain name from a trusted reseller and provide reliable information on the benefits of different DNS strategies.

Yes! Bigital can host your domain name including TLDs such as .com, .net, .org, .io, and many more! Domain names must be renewed with a registar regularly, contact for pricing options.

Yes! SSL (secure socket layer) certificates are important and modern browsers will indicate if your website doesn’t have one installed. They will need to be renewed much like a domain name would, which Bigital offers at competitive prices.

Yes! Bigital includes basic SEO services with all website creation packages. This will include everything you need to get your website seen by the big search engines! We offer standalone SEO services on request as well as enhanced advertising and SEO strategies.

Yes! Bigital provides reliable and clean green hosting. Packages include everything you need from transferring your website, installing needed software and content, and admin services. Contact for pricing.

Less Frequently Asked But Important Questions

Here's the details to questions that don't come up often but it's the stuff that needs to be shown.

Most major debt and credit card companies are accepted. Paypal, Zelle, Cash App, Quickbooks, and Google Pay are also acceptable. For checks, please allow for extra processing time. Cash is acceptable for local transactions but only if previously discussed.

We value our client’s time and expectations tremendously. If a client is unsatisfied with Bigital’s software services, they may request a refund that will be accepted based on project completion. However once a project has reached completion and is accepted by a client (or a period of 30 days has passed since project has been submitted as completed) all sales are final and refunds will not be considered. Below is a complete legal policy:

Overview

Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned.

Additional non-returnable items:

  • Gift cards
  • Software products

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Shipping returns

To return your product, you should mail your product to: {physical address}.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
